About Us

Have you ever seen a child left to navigate the world alone? Have you ever encountered a parent who finds it difficult to engage in meaningful conversations with their child? Many of us have witnessed—or experienced—parenting that relies on insults, blame, and emotional distance. At Connected Heart Parenting, I believe there is a better way. I seek to discuss practical techniques and heartfelt ideas for raising emotionally strong children who can thrive in any environment.

This blog was inspired by my own path. Growing up, I don’t remember a single day when my parents sat down to understand my desires, needs, or goals. Navigating the world independently caused me to lose confidence and even impacted my ability to connect with others—a hardship I am still healing from today.

At the age of 16, a pivotal moment occurred in my life. I watched my neighbors’ children go outside in the dark for hours without food. There had to be a squatter in my house up until the next day. When they finally went home after seeking shelter at my house, they were met with insults and physical punishment. That moment stuck with me forever.

My immediate goal is to transform the cycle. I dream of a free world where every child born is raised in a positive and well-natured environment that supports their psychological health and where there are present parents.
